Der Bizeps vollzieht eine Supination des Unterarms und beugt den supinierten Unterarm am Ellenbogengelenk. Der lange Kopf abduziert, der kurze Kopf adduziert den Arm am Schultergelenk. Zusammen führen sie den Arm nach vorn und drehen ihn nach innen.
