comment [en]	The first molar tooth of mandible has a length about 22 mm and erupts at about 5 and 7 years. The occlusal surfaces is rectangular with five cusps, three buccal and two lingual which are separated by fissures. 
The tooth has one mesial and one distal root and is lingually inclined.
comment [de]	Der erste Molar des Unterkiefers hat eine Länge von ca. 22 mm und tritt zwischen dem 5- 7 Lebensjahr durch. Die Kaufläche ist durch 5 Höcker geprägt, wobei drei bukkal und zwei lingual angeordnet sind. Der disto- bukkale ist der kleinste. Der Zahn weist eine Kronenflucht auf und hat zwei Wurzeln, die in mesio- distaler Richtung angeordnet sind.
